These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ASH Stores platform (ashstores.com) and any services offered through it. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About ASH Stores
ASH Stores is a B2B e-commerce platform that connects industrial SME manufacturers (Sellers) with buyers (Buyers). We provide the platform and infrastructure - we are not a party to the transactions between Sellers and Buyers unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a registered business entity to create a seller account. Buyers must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all product listings, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, configuration options, and images. Sellers must ensure they have the right to sell the products they list. ASH Stores reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or misrepresents the product.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product listings thoroughly before placing an order or submitting a request for quotation. All quotes generated on the platform are based on the configuration options selected by the buyer.
5. Transactions
ASH Stores facilitate the connection between buyers and sellers. Orders placed through the platform are subject to the seller's confirmation.
6. 3D Visualization
The 3D product visualizations displayed on ASH Stores are representations of the product based on seller-provided specifications. Actual products may vary slightly from visualizations. Buyers should confirm final specifications with the seller before placing an order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ASH Stores platform, including branding, design, and software, is the property of ASH Stores. Sellers retain ownership of their product images, CAD files, and catalog content. By uploading content to the platform, sellers grant ASH Stores a non-exclusive license to display that content for the purpose of promoting their listings.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use ASH Stores to list counterfeit products, engage in fraudulent transactions, scrape or copy platform content, or violate any applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
ASH Stores is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, product defects, delivery failures, or losses arising from the use of the platform beyond what is required by applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
ASH Stores reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
